Role Overview
As a Trainee SIPP Account Executive, you will be the in-house contact for our clients, delivering a high-quality administration service for a portfolio of Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs). You will also provide technical and administrative support to the Financial Planner, ensuring records are maintained to regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries and providing a first-class service.
Maintain accurate paper and electronic records to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory requirements.
Support the Financial Planner with administrative and technical tasks.
Ensure adherence to data protection legislation and company policies.
Produce clear and professional correspondence, including letters and reports. Skills & Experience Required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work within defined levels of authority and escalate issues where necessary.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in maintaining records.
Knowledge of data protection legislation and compliance principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
GCSE Maths and English – Grade B or above (or equivalent).
Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration role within Financial or Professional Services. Benefits
Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications, knowledge, and experience).
Pension: 5% employer contribution, increasing incrementally based on service, with salary sacrifice scheme available.
Holiday: 24 days per year, increasing incrementally based on continuous service.
