Job Introduction
We have the perfect opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at the beautiful Tudor Hall School in the heart of Banbury. You will have the chance to contribute to menu development and presentation while working with high-quality produce and, most importantly, in a welcoming setting with excellent facilities.
What you’ll do:
1. To assist the Sous Chef as appropriate and where necessary in order to maintain the high levels of food standards and presentation and overall effectiveness of the staff output laid down in the Service Level Agreement.
2. To assist and prepare all food with due care and attention, particularly in regard to customers’ special dietary requirements: for example, nut, dairy or wheat allergies.
3. To assist and work school functions and outside hospitality as required, some of which may occur outside of normal working hours. Such functions will be shared between the chef brigade on a rota basis.
4. Ensure that appropriate methods of cooking and presentation are used to maintain the highest standards of production and service.
5. Promote a friendly working relationship with colleagues.
What you bring:
1. NVQ level 2 Food Production certificate or equivalent.
2. Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be an effective team player.
4. Ability to set and maintain standards.

Package Description
1. 40 Hours per week.
2. £14.00 per hour.
3. Monday to Friday (occasional weekends).
4. Chefs whites/uniform will be provided.
