About the Company
Our client is a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor. Leading the way in helping clients bring their ideas of their office space to life, they are looking for a Project Manager in the Northampton area to help tackle their busy pipeline.
About the Role
Our client is seeking someone with proven experience as a successful Contracts Manager within the interior fit-out and refurbishment sector. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k - £3m.
You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end-user clients and consultants. Your primary role would be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for active work site(s)
2. Programme
3. Cost control
4. Quality Control
5. Working with H&S manager/consultant to maintain high standards of safety
6. Procurement
7. Conversant with bills & contracts
8. Contract correspondence
