Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the teacher. Maintain a calm, focused learning environment. Manage classroom behavior effectively in line with school policies. Provide support and encouragement to students to help them engage with the lesson. What We’re Looking For: A degree in any subject (essential). A passion for education and working with young people. Strong communication and organizational skills. Confidence to lead a classroom independently (training will be provided). Location: Wigan (travel between schools may be required). Pay Rate: £85 - £100 per day (depending on experience and qualifications).
