The Role
We're seeking a Learning & Development Administrator to join our Liverpool team. This role is critical in fostering a culture of continuous learning within the business, contributing to the ongoing development of our people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating training sessions, workshops, and CPD events, including setup, presenter arrangements, and up-to-date materials.
* Planning and maintaining the Learning and Development calendar, supporting onboarding processes, addressing L&D queries, and organising internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
* Managing the Learning Management System (LMS), user enrolment, course creation, and accurate training records analysis.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience building strong relationships and influencing others to promote effective communication, collaboration, and engagement across all business units.
* Previous administrative experience, preferably in L&D or HR, familiarity with LMS or bespoke CRM systems, and awareness of L&D principles.
* A relevant qualification in HR, L&D, or a related field is advantageous.
