Salary: £29,286 - £32,216
Full time / 35 hours per week / Permanent
Agile working with 3 Days per week in the Office
(Fully office-based throughout the training period)

The Role
This role is an opportunity for someone to be part of a strong development team with a diverse portfolio of affordable projects in South Manchester, with over 400 homes on site. You will be working closely with Development Officers to help bring forward new opportunities to meet new growth targets and gain experience of delivery, including assisting with handovers. Our team environment is fully supported and will help you fulfil your potential. Ambition, commitment and enthusiasm are essential.
Candidates
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Development team for an Assistant Development Officer and for the right person we offer a 35-hour week, competitive salary, excellent contributory pension scheme, and 25 days holiday increasing to 30 days. We are looking for someone who is a strong team player and will help us deliver our ambitious targets for growth.
