Account Manager London and The South

Developing existing customer and wholesale relationships and critically winning new business – with a particular focus on our award-winning, truly imported ABK Bavarian lagers as well as our Premium Tequila, Bandero.
We have enjoyed incredible growth since we entered the UK Drinks Market and our ABK Bavarian Lager is now supplied into the UK On Trade via 50+ Partners Nationwide and exported now to over 20 countries worldwide. Ambitions for future portfolio growth are significant and for the right individual, this is a truly exciting place to be – the brands continue to be supported with significant investment across various sporting platforms from the ROKiT BMW Motorrad World SBK, F4 British Championship, Rugby Superleague and many others, all facilitating brand awareness and supporting the current positive momentum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates MUST be based in London or the surrounding areas. The Account Manager is responsible for the following key aspects:
SALES
1. Execute an agreed regional plan to deliver commercial and brand growth.
2. Responsible for managing, maintaining, and growing existing distribution across the ROKiT.
3. New Business – seek out and deliver this through our On Trade Partners.
RELATIONSHIPS
1. Responsibility for building, maintaining & partner relationships.
2. Customer & Relationship focused – ensuring mutually beneficial relationships exist that deliver incremental distribution and revenue.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Proven track record of success in the UK Licensed trade with at least 3 years’ experience in this field.
2. Understanding of how to build superior customer relationships and winning versus the competition.
3. Ability to take the initiative, explore and deliver new business opportunities.
KEY ATTRIBUTES OF THE SUCCESSFUL PERSON
1. Excellent knowledge of the UK on trade (off trade experience would also be useful).
2. Ability to motivate & influence others – a great communicator.
3. Able to present in a compelling fashion, with impact and enthusiasm.
4. Able to work independently.
5. Creative thinker, able to think differently to find solutions that work for customers and ROKiT.
6. A keen knowledge of German beer would be advantageous.
ON OFFER
SALARY UP TO £45k (depending on experience)
