Where You Will Be Based: Redhill, Surrey, RH1
The Service Users: 4 Bedroom, age 7 to 17 on admission from trauma backgrounds.

Working Week and Pay:
* Managerial/On-Shift Time: 50/50 split (20 hours each; 40 hours/week, 173 hours/month).
* Overtime: Paid.
* Salary: £33,337 - £37,800 for 40 hours (£50 per sleep completed).
* Additional Pay:
o £250 for completing Therapeutic Training and in-house delivery.
o Bonuses for achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.

Training:

* Qualification: Level 5 and 7 funded.
Requirements / Non-Negotiables:
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Residential Childcare with young people.
* Age: At least 22 years old (children’s homes regulations).
* Driving: A valid driving licence is required.
