You will be responsible for: Assisting in the administration of training events and courses. Maintaining and developing professional relationships with clients, trainers, and internal teams. Liaising with clients to confirm the details of in-house training sessions. Coordinating with trainers to ensure they have the necessary documentation and venue (or virtual platform) details. Working with internal venue teams to confirm delegate numbers, room arrangements, and other requirements. Troubleshooting issues with virtual platforms when necessary. Liaising with accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with company qualifications. Ordering course materials and ensuring their timely delivery. Managing queries from clients and internal teams. Handling feedback forms and links. Providing cover for other staff members when required. What’s the Best Thing About This Role? With multiple training events and clients to manage, you’ll need to stay organized and handle competing priorities, especially when unexpected issues arise. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have: Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. A minimum of one year’s experience in an administrative role. High level of computer literacy, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to work well within a team. Advanced English written and oral skills. It would be great if you also have: Experience within the training or events sector.
