The Role We are looking for a Digital Media Analyst to join our team and play a key role in delivering best-in-class media campaigns. Working closely with a Digital Strategist, you will be responsible for the execution, management, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will also contribute to product innovation, automation, and analytics to drive campaign success and improve our client offering. Responsibilities Manage and execute digital media campaigns across paid search, shopping, paid social, programmatic display, and digital video. Develop and implement data-driven digital media strategies to meet client objectives. Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI. Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for growth. Utilise third-party and in-house tools to analyse data and generate insights. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Communicate with clients to provide updates and strategic recommendations. Produce insightful reports to evaluate digital media performance and its impact on overall campaign success. Identify opportunities for automation and liaise with our tech team to develop innovative solutions. Contribute to agency knowledge-sharing initiatives and support team development in emerging technologies. Skills & Qualifications Required: Google Ads Certified Professional. Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest. Understanding of the programmatic landscape. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills for both internal collaboration and client interactions. Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Passion for digital media, emerging trends, and performance marketing.
