Apprentice School Administration Assistant
12-month fixed term contract, Term Time plus 6 INSET days
Part time working 18.5 hours per week over 4 days, Monday 8.00am-1.00pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8.00am-12.30pm
Salary: National minimum wage rates of £8.60 per hour for 18-20 year olds, £11.44 per hour for age 21 and over
Hourly rates increasing in April 2025 to £10 for 18–20 year olds and £12.21 for age 21 and over.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks and will have:
1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
2. Good understanding of, and the ability to use ICT effectively
3. Accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach

4. Is willing to learn and improve their skills as 20% of working time will be spent studying towards achieving the Level 3 School Administrator Qualification.
