Job role:
This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest private healthcare telemedicine company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are seeking a proactive SLA Coordinator to support our SLA Team in improving service level performance and maintaining industry-leading standards.
In this key role, you’ll work closely with various teams to analyse data, identify trends, and develop strategies to minimise SLA breaches. Your day-to-day tasks will include completing the tolerance report and improving data accuracy, investigating breaches, and ensuring urgent client exams are handled promptly. You’ll also collaborate on client performance reviews and contribute to dashboards and reports that keep the business informed on SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor SLA adherence, analyse breach data, and suggest improvements
2. Develop performance insights for clients, exam types, and reporting efficiency
3. Collaborate with the Allocation Team to manage high-priority exams
4. Work alongside Account Management to address client queries and performance plans
