The Role: Work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, both inside and outside the classroom. Build strong, trusting relationships to encourage positive behaviour and engagement. Support teachers and school staff in managing behaviour effectively. Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions tailored to students’ individual needs. Act as a role model, providing guidance, motivation, and emotional support. Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies and school policies. The Ideal Candidate: Empathetic and patient, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Resilient and hard-working, able to handle challenges with a positive attitude. Experienced in working with young people, particularly those with behavioural or emotional difficulties (school experience is desirable but not essential). Confident in managing challenging behaviour and de-escalating situations effectively. A strong communicator, capable of building relationships with students, staff, and parents.
