Are you looking for a new challenge in administrative work? Then look no further - this could be the role for you!
Inclusion values the contribution and hard work of everyone, especially that of its administration workforce.
We recognise the importance of the job you do and know that we cannot function without you!
The Inclusion Central Administration Team is looking for someone who is innovative and forward-thinking with proven administration experience to provide efficient and professional administration support to the Inclusion function.
You will work alongside colleagues and complete various tasks and responsibilities. You must be a team player, motivated, approachable, and organised.
You will have experience within an office environment and have excellent written, telephony, and verbal communication skills. You will be competent in all Microsoft packages and able to capture and present accurate minutes. You will have the ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and manage your workload to meet deadlines. Much of the role will involve working on Trust electronic systems such as ESR, Healthroster, Eproc, managing email inboxes/diaries, and coordinating information.
This is a senior administrator role with a distinction; you are an important part of a team, making a difference.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for a part-time administrator (working 22.5 hours per week) to join our Central Admin Team.
You will be one of a team responsible for providing a high-quality office administration and support service to Inclusion's senior managers, service leads, project managers, team leaders, and other administrators under the guidance of the Office Manager.
In this role, you will utilise your knowledge and expertise to provide an administration function that supports the smooth running of Inclusion. This will include actioning and responding to requests on the team's shared mailboxes, liaising with external providers, collating meeting papers, minute-taking, and supporting the mobilisation of new services.
The Central Administration Team is a well-organised, friendly, and supportive team that is always looking to improve and streamline its way of working.
