The Site Manager will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Duties
1. Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and safely.
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labourers to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety standards.
4. Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
5. Prepare reports on site activities, including progress updates and any issues encountered.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
7. Implement effective time management strategies to optimise workflow and productivity.
