Office Administrator
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Welcoming customers and guests.
* Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
* Handling bookkeeping, billing cycles for the business
* Dealing with Despatch and Goods in.
* Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial information.
* Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment.
* Ability to prioritise. Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
* We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking administrator to join our company. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the appropriate level of capability and accuracy. In house training will be provided.
Qualifications:
Experience: * administration: 1 year (preferred)
Despatch and Goods in.
Working knowledge of computers. Excel and Word
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per annual
On-site parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday. The hours will be approximately 37.5 hours per week – hours to be agreed.
