Lancashire Waste Recycling are recruiting for an Accounts Admin Assistant who is conscientious and enthusiastic to join our small Finance team. For the correct candidate there will be training or apprenticeship opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
* Inputting supplier invoices and generating customer invoices
* Checking supplier statements
* Answering telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
* Chasing customers for payments
* Working with spreadsheets, ledgers and journals and bank statements
* Filing and archiving of paperwork
* General administration duties
Desired skills:
* Good communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Reliable
* Ability to follow instructions
Experience required:
* Experience in all Microsoft Office systems particularly Word and Excel
* Sage 50 Accounts experience advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
