An amazing opportunity within our Category 1 Academy
We are looking for a dynamic and driven coach to support our U21 Head Coach. This role focuses specifically on "Out of Possession" play within our specialist coaching model. You will play a crucial role in enhancing players' individual development through tailored Individual Development Plans and will facilitate both individual and group reflection and analysis. Join us in shaping the next generation of talent!
Your background
You will have a strong background in professional football, both as a coach and/or as an ex-player. The ideal applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to foster rapport and build strong relationships within teams and across a multi-disciplinary team. You will understand Brighton & Hove Albion’s football brand and the likely qualities need for our future players.
You will hold the following qualifications:
• UEFA A Licence or working towards
• FA Advanced Youth Award
• FA Emergency Aid (Level 2 minimum)
• FA Safeguarding Workshop Certificate
