IT Support Analyst - 3-month contract - GBP168 per day Inside IR35 - Edinburgh/Glasgow
Lorien's leading Public Sector client is looking to add an IT Support Analyst (1st line) to the team on an initial 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension.
The role is 2x per week on-site in either their Edinburgh or Glasgow offices.
1st line services supported and included in this role:
* Office 365 application support
* MS Exchange Online support
* Creation of MS Teams accounts
* OneDrive support
* BitLocker encryption recovery
* Active Directory (SCOTS) account administration
* BlackBerry, Android and iOS support
* Cloud-based technologies support
* Equitrac Secure Printing PIN support
Essential skill set:
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience working with an IT Service Desk or similar ITIL support role
* Experience in incident management and working with relevant ITSM tools.
* Experience troubleshooting Microsoft-based operating systems with emphasis on Office 365 apps.
* Experience supporting Android and iOS devices
* Experience supporting BitLocker encryption
* Experience with Active Directory - User accounts and Groups
