Job Title: Administrator – Quality & Assurance Department Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP Baseline (BPSS and EBS) VINCI Facilities is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our Quality & Assurance team on the FDIS VINCI Defence contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring smooth operations and effective management of hard services works within a Facilities Management environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Quality & Assurance department. Manage and maintain records of hard services works. Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders. Assist with customer service tasks as required. Utilize Excel and other IT packages to track and report data. Essential Skills & Experience: Strong administration skills with prior office administration experience. Ideally experienced within a Facilities Management environment. Proficient in Excel and various IT packages. Previous experience in a customer service setting is a plus. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
