About the Role - As a specialist Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in every aspect of the full cycle hiring process, from sourcing and vetting candidates to managing & developing client relationships. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates within the STEM sectors. Responsibilities
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates, arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
* Identify and attract outstanding candidates through a variety of techniques, such as headhunting, referrals and networking.
* Building long-lasting, deep client relationships with a variety of different sized companies, learning skills (with full training) such as negotiation and objection handling.
* Coaching & Development to enhanced sales skills such as SPIN, MEDICC and others.
* Meet clients, understand their business needs and deliver recruitment solutions.
* Research and fully immerse yourself into creating your own brand portfolio.
* Attending events at some of the world's most iconic buildings and landmarks.
Qualifications - A University Degree in any subject is preferred but not essential.

* A background in any sales or sales-type discipline - working with customers in a fast-paced and commercial setting is key.

* No previous recruitment experience is required, but a desire to learn and succeed is essential.

Pay range and compensation package - £27-£31k basic salary DOE + unlimited commission
