As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for beginning conversations with new prospective clients who have enquired about our services, bringing them along for the entire journey through to conversion and then onwards as we work with them on their projects.
Additionally, the role will involve networking, both locally and further afield throughout the UK when necessary.
The role would be suitable for someone who lives and breathes the digital world, with some sector knowledge in our areas of work: design, digital strategy, website development and maintenance.
You will be goal-based and data-driven, monitoring success and conversion rates, and creating compelling proposals to secure new business.
You will work within a total core team of 10, with the support of additional freelancers and interns. This is the perfect role for someone who would like to make their mark on a small, but rapidly growing digital agency.
Requirements
* Proven sales experience in the digital industry, with a focus on website design, development, or digital marketing.
* Previous agency experience is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of the digital landscape, including latest trends, technologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

About Insight Consultancy
Insight Consultancy is a small but busy dynamic digital agency specialising in website design, web maintenance and digital marketing solutions for our diverse range of clients. We are looking for a new member of the team to support us with sales and new business development.
The role would be part-time and hybrid remote, with a requirement to be in and around Leicester where our office is located for occasional team and client meetings.
