They have a requirement for a Senior Geophysicist to join their team in Bristol, Epsom, Glasgow, Leeds or London. The successful applicant will be a Geophysicist with a postgraduate qualification (MSc or PhD) in a Geophysical subject coupled with demonstrable and extensive experience in the application of near-surface geophysics to onshore engineering and geotechnical projects. It is expected that the applicant will be a Chartered Geologist (or in the process of applying for their Chartered Geologist status) with a specialist in Near-Surface Geophysics. As a consultancy, they specialise in advising their clients in the most appropriate geophysical approaches to overcome challenges in ground engineering projects. This role is a unique opportunity to work in an expanding near-surface geophysical capability with a diverse project portfolio within their Ground Engineering & Tunnelling team and beyond. They want a candidate with the flare, ability and collegiality to help them develop and expand their geophysical capability, which is built on a reputation for technical excellence. The candidate will contribute to this by applying their skills in geophysics along with their track record of client engagement and winning work to build their expanding, flexible and outward looking geophysics capability.
