Manage employee relations, including complex casework and change management.
Provide guidance on talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
Drive HR policy development and implementation in line with best practices.
Oversee pay, reward, and performance management frameworks.
Support leadership teams in organisational development and cultural transformation.
Ensure compliance with employment law and HR governance.
Profile
Proven experience in a Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HR Leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organisational change.
Ability to work in a fast-moving, project-focused environment.
