The company has been offering over 55 years of service to long-term clients. They provide Property Management, Asset Management, and Valuations across the UK, servicing mainly the Commercial industry with some Residential. The office locations in Central London are newly refurbished to accommodate continued business growth!
Your new role
1. Valuation of residential properties, including portfolios.
2. Valuation of commercial properties including portfolios, including those within the alternatives sector.
3. Valuation of land (residential/commercial/mixed-use) to include the provision of development appraisals where applicable.
4. Acquisition surveys for commercial and residential properties.
5. Take accurate measurements of sites and properties in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
6. Record file notes in a format acceptable to PII insurers and corporate customers, including photographs of the subject property, floor plans, and other matters as necessary.
7. Value properties by applying expert knowledge and awareness of the local property markets.
8. Independent preparation of detailed valuation reports for purposes such as secured lending, taxation, pension funds, and accounting.
9. Ability to delegate work where appropriate and to provide professional support, including APC guidance to more junior team members.
10. Preparation of valuation reports within agreed timescales and in compliance with client SLA's.
11. Diligently handle all instructions and maintain comprehensive records for all work undertaken.
12. Undertake peer reviews of valuation reports prepared by other members of the team.
13. Supported and encouraged to cultivate a sustainable pipeline of work and income stream.
14. Represent the team at internal and external meetings and events.
What you'll need to succeed
1. MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer status essential.
2. Full UK driving license.
