We are looking for a Viewing Agent to join our Real Estate department. The role is responsible for representing our invaluable clients, and the company, by delivering a first class customer service whilst showing potential buyers round their properties. Our field based Viewing Agent forms a part of our high achieving Property Sales Team. Our enthusiastic and successful agents love working in a busy sales environment. They also love pursuing individual targets for lead generation, which benefits the rest of the business!

Key Responsibilities
1. Meeting potential buyers at properties;
2. Providing buyers with a list of property features and any other information required;
3. Assisting our valuable clients & general public, with their questions;
4. Effective lead generation and target achievement;
5. Completion of post viewing administration;
6. Collection and delivering of client keys to and from MOV8 offices;
7. Accurately logging keys as per guidelines;
8. Assisting the in-office team when required;
9. Ensuring processes and procedures are completed accurately;
10. Completing any other job related tasks as requested by your line manager;
11. Obtaining feedback from buyers;
12. Completing inspection reports and obtaining meter readings.
Key Requirements
1. Exceptional customer experience;

3. Achieving weekly targets for lead generation & other targets requested of you, by your line manager;
4. Experience working within a Customer Service environment;
5. Self-Starter who is able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
Mon & Tue 3.30 - 7pm and Sat or Sun 11.30- 5.30pm.
