An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Administration Office Manager to join the friendly team in the Imaging Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the cross site admin team ensuring an effective and efficient service. Excellent inter-personal skills are an absolute must as you will be required to liaise effectively and courteously with staff at all levels and will be a key point of contact for all service users.
Main duties of the job
To operationally manage and oversee the administrative activities of the Radiology Department and to be the line manager for all clerical staff. To be responsible for the general administrative functions within Radiology. To be responsible for coordinating all radiology activity including invoicing.

Person Specification
* Educated to graduate level and/or have equivalent knowledge and experience
* Advanced knowledge of radiology systems and applications
* Working successfully within a multidisciplinary team
* Experience of managing people
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with complex situations
* ECDL
* Experience of project work
* Experience of collation of audit results
