Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their highly successful team. This is a permanent position based in the Derby area and will involve a mixture of office- and home-based working. Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: Preparing and submitting applications for payment Providing monthly cost reports in line with project budgets Managing subcontractor packages from appointment to final account Submitting valuations and variations on schemes Procuring subcontractors. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have: Strong heavy civils experience Good working knowledge of NEC form of contract Sound organisational and communication skills Experience working on environmental projects (ideal).
