The interviews for this role will take place on Monday 17th March. This post will be based within a team focusing solely on receiving referrals into the Live Well Kent and Medway service. The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for Live Well Kent & Medway (LWKM). LWKM supports people with the things in life that impact their mental health. The support we offer is open to any person in the area who is experiencing challenges and would like to engage with support to help make changes. The areas we support with are person centred to meet the needs of the individual and can include areas such as mental health, finances, housing, isolation or finding the most appropriate support. The role will involve working as part of a small team to ensure that referral calls and emails are managed and processed in a timely and professional manner. Web based referrals are followed up on and that information about the services offered is shared with those making enquiries. People contacting the service are given confident advice and guidance where support is best sought outside of the network. Additional activities may involve supporting the service with administration tasks and promoting the work of both LWKM & Porchlight.
