The Role As Senior Product Manager you will be the lead developing a suite of organisational and individual diagnostics products. These product lines are the first of its kind with the Business and will be revolutionary in the market. The purpose of these products is to help identify a client's challenges and measure the impact of our products through data. It will enable us to build deeper, longer lasting relationships by Providing data to help clients better target their investment and to which our solutions are a neat fit Providing data to evaluate impact As the senior product manager of this product line, they will envision and execute a strategy, generate the proper solutions that solve genuine customer problems through innovative digital experiences and constant experimentation. Leading a team, managing stakeholders, shaping the strategy, product roadmap, product positioning, go-to-market plans and owning the growth plans. Understanding when best to build, buy or borrow, including all possible 3rd party interactions. Whilst building a scalable framework to seamlessly on-board any new technologies as identified. Specifically, you will be asked to Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the success of developing this product line in terms of overall metrics and business impact. Your performance and success will be measured by the impact of the diagnostics product line, commercialization, and growth. You should have: Experience setting clear, measurable, and realistic OKRs. Strong senior stakeholder management experience Strategically minded with an ability to see the bigger picture of how different product lines tie together Experience working in a cross-functional Agile team Requirements: Experience developing new product lines and bringing them to market. Extra points if these are data products. Digitisation of existing manual processes/solutions GTM: Product Marketing and sales enablement skills. In particular, high value B2B items. Experience maintaining a balance between fulfilling immediate sales led priorities and longer-term product led initiatives. Collaboration with subject matter experts. Working with offshore development teams.
