Responsibilities:
* Personalised Advisor: Provide bespoke advice on mortgage products and protection options to clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood.
* Homebuying Hero: Guide clients through the entire homebuying journey, from pre-approval to completion, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
* Coordination Champion: Liaise with solicitors, lenders, and insurance providers on behalf of clients to ensure seamless transactions.
* Proactive Supporter: Keep clients updated on progress and provide proactive support at every step.
* Digital Communicator: Conduct appointments primarily through email, telephone, and video calls, adapting to client preferences.
* Team Collaborator: Work closely with the admin team to ensure smooth post-application support and exceptional client service.
* Industry Expert: Stay updated on industry regulations, market trends, and product offerings to provide the best advice.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Certified Pro: CeMAP & CERT CII (MP) qualifications are essential for providing top-notch mortgage and protection advice.
* Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a Mortgage Advisor to make an immediate impact and help our clients achieve their homeownership dreams.
Skills Required:
* Mortgage Mastery: Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations.
* Protection Pro: Advise on suitable protection products, such as life insurance, income protection, and buildings and contents insurance.
* Excellent Communicator: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
* Problem Solver: Proactive approach to problem-solving and client support, ensuring no challenge is too big.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
* Independent Worker: Capacity to work independently and within a team, adapting to changing client needs and market dynamics.
* Flexible & Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to new challenges with ease.

* Competitive Salary: £25,000 basic, with an OTE of £72,000.
* Additional Pay: Monthly Commission.
Location: Work in person at our conveniently located office in Warmington, Peterborough.
Working Pattern:
* Standard Hours: Kick off your week with consistency! You'll be working 4 days a week from 9am-5pm, ensuring you have a regular routine that supports a healthy work-life balance.
* Extended Hours: Embrace the flexibility! One day a week, you'll have the chance to enjoy a leisurely morning with hours from 11.30am-7.30pm, perfect for fitting in personal appointments or starting your day with a bit of 'me' time.
* Weekend Coverage: Be part of the hero squad! You'll join our weekend telephone lead cover on a rota basis, shared across the advisor team, currently 1 weekend in every 4. On your weekend, the leads are yours to book in for yourself—an added bonus to fuel your success. This way, weekend work is limited and spread out, giving you plenty of time to recharge.
