Purpose of the Job:
I am a 23 year old transgender male, I enjoy drawing, art and playing Minecraft.
I am looking for a support worker to support me for 4 hours a week. I have Phenylketonuria (PKU), this is a rare inherited disorder that causes amino acid called phenylalanine to build up in the body. The main treatment for PKU is a low-protein diet and controlled intake of many other foods, such as potatoes and cereals.
I am looking for a support worker to help me manage my diet, remind me to take my supplements, and batch cook meals with me. You will also be required to support me with financial matters, domestic duties around the home e.g. laundry, tidying up etc.
It is essential to be a driver with your own vehicle as this is required for taking me to appointments and shopping.
