The Faculty of Engineering and Digital Technologies at the University of Bradford has identified Computer Science as one of its priority areas, both in terms of research and teaching, and has embarked on a new initiative to substantially increase its intellectual capacity in this area through investment in new academic staff appointments.

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced candidate to join our busy team. We expect the post holders to work collaboratively with other team members to lead and contribute to the academic, scholarly, and professional activities through the delivery and development of taught modules and research initiatives.
What you will be doing:
* Make a significant contribution to research and scholarship
* Publish and communicate your work at research meetings and conferences and to attract funding to support and develop these activities.
Qualifications/Experience:
Qualifications (Assistant Professor)
* PhD in Computer Science (or related discipline)
* HEA Fellow (D2) or equivalent experience or commitment to obtaining this following appointment
Qualifications (Lecturer)
* Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area OR honours degree in an unrelated subject with a higher degree and/or professional qualification in an appropriate area
* HEA Fellow (D2) or equivalent experience or commitment to obtaining this following appointment
