Applause IT are working with a global electronics and system house in the health-care sector who are seeking an experienced ISO Implementation Manager to support compliance activities for ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS). This role involves maintaining, creating, and implementing policies, processes, and forms to ensure compliance, with a particular focus on transitioning from ISO27001:2013 to ISO27001:2022.
This is a 6-month contract position ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in compliance, process mapping, and project management.
Role and Responsibilities:
* ISO27001 Compliance:
o Review the Issues Log and identify required corrective actions.
o Develop and execute project plans to address issues and ensure compliance within specified time lines.
o Update and create processes, procedures, and forms.
o Conduct training and education for staff as needed.
* ISO27001:2022 Migration:
o Assess requirements for ISO27001:2022 compliance and identify gaps.
o Develop project plans and assign resources to address gaps.
o Create and roll out updated or new processes, procedures, and templates.
o Implement and review technical solutions, such as asset management tools and vulnerability analysis systems.
* Collaboration and Reporting:
o Work closely with internal teams to understand and formalise existing processes.
o Regularly update the Issues Log with corrective actions and progress.
o Report progress to the Senior Management Team.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience with ISO27001 standards.
* Strong skills in process mapping and documenting procedures.
* Experience in project management.
* Background in change management or business analysis is desirable.
