In this exciting role, you will support the Asset Data Manager in maintaining and updating our asset data within Keystone, driving the highest levels of client satisfaction and value for money. Your responsibilities Support and Collaborate: Work closely with the Asset Data Manager and the Asset Management team to ensure seamless operations. Create and Manage: Set up new property records on NEC and manage asset amendments to keep our data current. Data Integrity: Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Scheduling Wizard: Organise and maintain appointments for surveyors and contractors, using Foundation for efficient job scheduling. Diary Management: Keep the Asset Management team s schedules on track. Meeting Maestro: Provide vital administrative support during meetings, including minute-taking and distribution. Invoice Preparation: Ensure invoices are processed and ready for authorisation. Customer Service Champion: Respond to telephone, email, and written inquiries with excellence, maintaining a positive image of PA Housing. Message Relay: Retrieve voicemails and accurately pass messages to the right team members. Program Assistant: Help produce and send tenant stock condition programmes. Efficiency Expert: Contribute to the smooth running of the business, achieving targets and objectives. Our ideal candidate Requirements: Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Proven experience in dealing with people and delivering excellent customer service. Administrative Expertise: At least 2 years of administrative experience. Desired experience Building Knowledge: Familiarity with building repairs and maintenance. System Proficiency: Experience using the Keystone Asset Management System. Industry Insight: Understanding of housing management systems.
