Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Porter: Assisting the kitchen team with preparing and cleaning kitchen areas before, during, and after service. Operating pot-washing machinery and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment. Assisting chefs and waiters as needed to ensure smooth operations.
