This strategic Head of Commercial Analytics role is designed to drive revenue growth and support commercial planning across the business. The position will enhance revenue forecasting methods, establish robust performance-tracking tools, and embed a trading cycle that closely monitors progress against targets. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial focus, adding insight and rigor to the analytics function while fostering a deeper understanding of performance drivers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage processes for accurate and timely revenue forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance analysis to support business decisions. Lead in-depth performance analysis, focusing on uncovering root causes rather than just reporting metrics, to guide improvement initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of curiosity and fresh thinking that informs impactful decision-making. Partner with the BI product team, leveraging current tools to derive insights and explore new revenue opportunities. Establish a commercial trading cycle to consistently monitor and respond to performance metrics, supporting ambitious revenue goals. Salary £60,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) car allowance, bonus c 10%, life assurance, pension.
