Employment Lawyer/Solicitor – Flexible Hybrid Role
* Location : East Sussex or Hampshire (1-2 days office presence)
* Salary : £50,000 - £70,000 per annum + £12,000 bonus scheme

The Role
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer/Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse range of employment law matters, including settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, employment contracts, tribunal claims, and business restructures .
This role offers excellent scope for professional growth, and for the right candidate, there is an opportunity to join as Head of Department .
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on employment law matters for both employers and employees
* Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements
* Handling employment tribunal cases
* Reviewing and drafting employment contracts and policies
* Providing strategic advice on workplace disputes and compliance
* Developing and maintaining client relationships
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid employment law experience
* Strong technical expertise in employment law, including settlement agreements
* Excellent client care and commercial awareness
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Interest in business development and growing the department
