The role of an Apprentice Technician will be to train within the current structure of the organisation, experiencing every department over a 2 year period, whilst obtaining a national and industry recognised qualification. Following on from training, apprentices will have the opportunity to pursue a number of other career paths within the organisation, including in our Events team, Project coordination, Crewing, Account management or Operations. or to exit the business as a qualified freelance Technician. • Previous experience working with the event industry is desirable. • Ability to work with independently, demonstrating a high level of initiative. • Approachable, proactive and outgoing. • Ability to work to tight schedules. • Proficient in the use of multiple IT software programmes. • Outstanding organisational and communication skills. • Employees are expected to ensure that the Company’s policies, procedures and obligations are adhered to in carrying out all duties. • Emphasis will be placed on the PRG Company values attached to this document. Apprentices will train in all four Main areas of the Business OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT - Warehouse Departments, Service, Inbound & Outbound COMMERCIAL MARKETS - Including Project coordination, Accounts Administration, CAD and Project and Planning SUPPORT SERVICES - People Services, Crewing Services, Finance, IT and Internal Projects EVENTS TEAM - On Site experience, Prepping jobs, collating paperwork
