Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement internal communications strategies.
2. Build relationships with colleagues at all levels across the Council.
3. Innovate and problem-solve independently.
Qualifications:
1. Recent internal communications experience.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Can-do attitude.
