Primary School Teaching Assistants NEEDED Location: Great Yarmouth Job Type: Full-time Here at Teaching Personnel we are on the look out for a passionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our vibrant Primary School team The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education, assist with classroom management, and help students with their learning needs. You will work closely with children, offering encouragement and support, while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of classroom activities and resources. Support children with their learning and development. Help manage classroom behaviour and provide individual or group support. Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom atmosphere. Help children reach their full learning/developmental potential Qualifications & Experience: Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting (any care experience can also be considered) A passion for working with young learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, patient, and proactive attitude. Empathy in a challenging but meaningful role.
