This contract-based opportunity spans 6 months, with one role available for daytime shifts and another for night-time shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and overseeing day-to-day site operations
2. Ensuring all civil engineering activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
3. Supervising and coordinating subcontractors and site personnel
4. Conducting site surveys and ensuring quality control throughout the construction phases
5. Preparing progress reports and updating project documentation
6. Liaising with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met
7. Identifying and addressing any potential issues that may affect project deadlines
8. Monitoring site activities to ensure they align with project blueprints and specifications
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in civil engineering, particularly within the HTP sector
2. Extensive knowledge of construction processes and site management
3. Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
4. Proven ability to supervise subcontractors and manage site personnel
5. Proficiency in conducting site surveys and quality control inspections
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills
7. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines
8. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
