Business Development Executive x2

My client based in Newtownabbey, are currently seeking x2 experienced Business Development Executive to join their team.

One position is to build the business in the offshore Operations and Management and the second position is for onshore – Construction and Civils sector.

These are Full-Time, Permanent Positions.

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (in the office) and working from home on Friday.

With a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Role:

You will be responsible for expanding the client base, focusing on onshore and offshore projects.

Essential Criteria:

1. Proven track record in business development ideally within the construction and civil engineering industry.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or relevant field. This is not an essential requirement.
3. An understanding of construction and civil engineering processes, technologies, and market trends would be advantageous.
4. Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
5. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Ability to prioritise a busy workload while working under pressure.
