The senior payroll advisor role reports into the Payroll manager and is responsible for the following:
* Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
* Maintain employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
* Conduct data entry tasks related to payroll, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status.
* Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
* Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Assist with accounts payable functions as needed.
* Generate payroll reports for management review.
* Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
