Job Description
* Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that foster a constructive workplace culture.
* Prepare reports on culture and performance initiatives for senior management.
* Coordinate and manage learning programmes and HR systems.
* Support in-person training logistics and requirements.
* Foster creativity and innovation within the organisation.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
