This role involves travel to customer sites both within the UK and Europe.

Purpose of role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior project management professional to establish and become the leader of our Project Management and Programme Services team, proudly taking on some of the world’s most exciting and prestigious clean energy projects.
Owing to the complex nature of the works involved, this role will suit Project Managers from a HVAC, Building Services and/or HaaS background, with proven experience and understanding of the processes.
An understanding of solar thermal technology is advantageous, but not a pre-requisite – we are looking for an excellent Project Management professional who wants to build and own the Project Management function across our world class business.
Role Responsibilities:
* To establish and lead the Project Management function across Naked Energy taking responsibility for end to end service from opportunity/sales lead integration, engineering solutions, costing, commercial, client interaction through to installation and handover. Full lifecycle.
* To ensure that client objectives are met, and that projects are delivered to time, and cost targets, and the appropriate quality standards.
* To understand and review commercial client requirements and negotiate accordingly.
* To work closely with the COO to develop and implement best in class project and programme management across Naked Energy.
* Engage and develop existing and new clients to contribute to the growth of the business.
* Key client account management for high profile projects.
* Capability to collaborate with teams across Sales, Engineering, Commercial and Installations.
* Ability to lead and develop a team of dynamic individuals across multiple sites and geographies.
Person Specification:
Qualifications:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant subject with relatable experience across building services, HVAC and/or HaaS.
* Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2/APM PMQ/AGILE)
Desirable :
* Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM)
* Certified project management
* 15 years + experience
* Experience in engineering drawing and design tools (e.g. Auto CAD)
* Experience in HVAC, building services or HaaS
* Knowledge of standards and regulations relevant to heating and electrical systems for commercial and industrial buildings
* Experience working with clients, architects, other engineering disciplines and construction companies
* Experience in solar or other renewables
