Smash + Grab is the rebellious sibling to Honest Burgers. Smash + Grab is all about Smashed burgers. Carefully homemade beef patties, smashed and seared with homemade toppings and sauces. Chips that are always fresh and never frozen, smothered with toppings that will leave you wanting more. Our team are front and centre when it comes to cooking with pride and delivering with fun. We use tech to make it quick and easy for our customers to order their Smashed fix. This is a place where our food speaks for itself, our service is quick and served by a team who are incredibly proud of what they do. We have big ambitions for Honest as a brand and Smash + Grab is one of the key drivers for our future success.
Our first ever Smash + Grab opening will be a fast-moving, high-energy restaurant serving outstanding burgers in the heart of London, Liverpool Street.
We are looking for a seasoned (no pun intended) General Manager, who leads by example and never compromises on quality.
This is about driving the right behaviours which will lead to results– because we do the right thing and not the easy thing. You’ll motivate your team to deliver quality to each and every customer, while owning your P&L, driving sales, championing health and food safety and controlling costs.
You’ll also need to stay on top of the day-to-day, too. It’s about maintaining a consistent and quality experience to customers. Delivering the highest standards, achieving ambitious targets through teamwork and guiding your team so they can deliver your vision each time.

We are looking for someone with:
* General Manager experience of +2 years
* Branded QSR experience
* Excellent customer service experience
* Proven track record of developing teams
* Proven track record of achieving results
* Excellent communication skills
* The desire to make every customer leave happier than they arrive
