In this role, you will support the company by processing invoices for medical reports on a daily basis. Working as part of the Invoicing team as part of the wider Finance department. The role helps us to operate with the utmost efficiency.
If you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, can complete administration tasks in an accurate and timely manner, are keen to develop new skills and maybe have an interest in a career in Finance, this could be the perfect starting block for you.
Duties include
1. Processing incoming invoices for services provided to us, to KPI targets.
2. Escalation of issues to the Team Leader with immediate effect.
3. Processing and responding to incoming emails.
4. Communicating internally and externally by email, phone and post.
5. Other adhoc duties when necessary.
You should be
1. Eager to self-develop.
2. Keen to learn new skills supported by our in-house training team and your team.
3. Willing to work as a team player, assisting when required.
4. Able to work to deadlines.

Premex is based in Horwich Bolton and is easily commutable by public transport. The role is Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.30 to 17.00. The role is 37.5 hours per week.
