Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and target new commercial insurance prospects, building and maintaining a strong pipeline.
* Manage the process of broking new business, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.
* Handle existing client renewals, focusing on building long-term relationships and maintaining high retention rates.
* Collaborate with account handlers to ensure efficient management of client accounts.
* Provide expert advice on insurance products and solutions tailored to client needs.
* Stay updated on industry changes and insurance market developments to offer clients the best possible solutions.
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a commercial insurance role, with a track record in business development and client management.
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop client relationships.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Cert CII qualification (preferred) or a willingness to work towards this.
