The Role:
The purpose of the role is to raise awareness of OBEX products with architects and main contractors.
Our goal is for OBEX to be the products of choice for our clients and to build relationships to the point where we can say that they: ‘Know us, like us, trust us.
The successful individual will be responsible for the following.
• Calling main contractors and ensuring that they are aware of our full product range.
• Booking appointments for external BDM’s
• Booking CPD’s with architects
• Following up new enquiries into the business from main contractors and architects
• Follow up actions from BDM appointments.
• Track projects from early stages through to completion
• Maintaining a clean CRM Database
KPI’s
• 6 hours per day of quality outbound calls
• Minimum 20 quality contacts per day
• Book 10 appointments per week
The above responsibilities are not exhaustive and will be tracked weekly in view of best return on investment.

Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B sales role. Construction industry knowledge desirable but not essential.
Training courses will be provided where appropriate and the candidate would be expected to be willing to accept this is to facilitate progressing within the company.
Salary:
£35,000-£40,000 PA

The Business Development role may include working reasonable additional hours without additional pay in accordance with the needs and requirements of the business.
